We have full in-house state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing capabilities along with an Engineering Department that employs the latest CAD/CAM technologies. Our production capabilities include CNC Milling, CNC Turning, O.D. Grinding, Deep Hole Drilling, Surface Grinding and I.D. Grinding.
We have over 40 years of experience manufacturing parts for the blowmold industry, including but not limited to: extrusion head assemblies, tooling, machine and toggle parts, cutting rings, blowpins, striker plates, pre-pinch assemblies, and blades. All items sold in the blowmold industry are aggressively priced to provide our customers with a quality product at rock-bottom prices.

Rock Valley Tool, LLC is a family owned machining facility located in Easthampton, Massachusetts. The company was founded in the late 1950’s by William Ploran Sr.. Bill and his son ran the company primarily servicing the plastic extrusion blow-molding industry. Since his departure, Rock Valley Tool has expanded into several other industries including, but not limited to commercial/industrial, medical, firearms, aerospace; all while continuing to serve several customers in the plastics industry. The company is now owned by Elizabeth and Jason Paquette. Jason has been a proud employee of Rock Valley Tool since 2000, and when the chance arose for him and his partner to purchase the company, they jumped at the opportunity. In December 2013, they made it official, and acquired Rock Valley Tool, LLC.
Rock Valley Tool operates out of a 17,000+ square foot facility that is equipped with a full inspection room. Rock Valley Tool and its employees pride themselves on manufacturing solutions for their customer base. The staff is driven by continuous improvement, total system quality, and on-time-delivery. In addition to Rock Valley’s capabilities in turning, milling and grinding, the company works with several other local companies that offer specialty processes and additional certifications.
